How soon will my order be shipped after payment?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. We make every effort to fulfil your orders as soon as possible. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been processed. If you do not receive an email, please check your ‘Junk Mail’ folder. If you require any assistance with your order, please email us immediately.
What should I do if my Utopian Tea order arrives damaged or incorrect?

A: At Utopian Tea, we take great pride in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition.
